We are on Level 9 of Crystal Tower on Arabian Gulf Street in Sharq, Kuwait City. There is valet parking at the tower entrance and we validate two hours for every appointment. The lift lobby is on the ground floor to the right of the main reception desk.
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 20:00. Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Fridays. An out-of-hours line is answered by a clinician for genuine emergencies outside those times.
No. You can book directly with any of our clinicians, including the specialists. If you are coming for a second opinion, bring any radiographs or treatment plans you already have — it saves repeating imaging.
Arabic and English across the whole team. Dr. Al-Rashed also speaks French, Dr. Haddad speaks German and French, and Dr. Vogel speaks German, French and Italian.
Sixty minutes: a full examination, any radiographs needed, photographs, and a conversation about what you want rather than only what we find. You leave with a written plan and a price. Nothing is treated on the first visit unless you are in pain.

Treatments

You should not have to decide that on your own. The first appointment exists to map the problem and lay out the options, including doing nothing, with the trade-offs of each. If a plan cannot be explained to you in plain language, it is not a finished plan.
Yes, and we see a lot of them. Bring the plan and any imaging. We will tell you where we agree, where we would do something different, and why. If the original plan is sound, we will say so.
Yes. Inhalation sedation for children and anxious adults, and IV conscious sedation for longer surgical appointments. You remain responsive throughout with IV sedation and remember very little of it afterwards.
Clinically, findings change over six to twelve months, so we re-examine before starting anything planned more than six months earlier. Quoted prices are held for ninety days.
Yes. We keep emergency slots open every working day and aim to see anyone in pain the same day. Outside opening hours, the emergency line is answered by one of our clinicians rather than a call centre.

Pricing

You receive a written, itemised quote after the first examination, before anything begins. It covers every stage, including reviews. We do not add to it mid-treatment unless something genuinely unforeseen appears, and if that happens we stop and discuss it first.
Yes, on treatment over KD 500. Plans run three, six or twelve months at zero interest, arranged at reception before treatment starts. Longer terms through a finance provider are available for full-arch and full-mouth cases.
We work with the major local and international providers and will submit a pre-authorisation on your behalf before treatment. Reimbursement levels vary considerably between policies, particularly for anything cosmetic, so we always check in advance rather than after.
Because it is an hour of specialist time, imaging and a written plan rather than a sales appointment. If you proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is credited against it.
It depends on the treatment and is always stated explicitly on your quote. Implants and veneers are priced per unit; periodontal therapy is priced per quadrant; aligner treatment is a single fee covering the entire course including refinements and retainers.

Appointments

Routine examinations and hygiene are usually available within a week. Specialist consultations run two to three weeks ahead. Emergency slots are held open daily and are not bookable online — call us.
Twenty-four hours notice, and there is no charge. Under that, or a missed appointment, is charged at 50% of the reserved time, because a surgical slot cannot be filled at short notice.
Yes, through the booking page. You choose the treatment, the clinician, and a time from the slots that are genuinely free — the calendar reads the live diary, so anything you can select is available. You receive a confirmation email immediately.
Yes, and you should. Continuity matters, particularly for children and for anyone in a multi-stage plan. The booking page lets you filter by clinician.
Civil ID, your insurance details if you have cover, a list of any medications you take, and any previous radiographs or treatment plans. If you have had recent imaging elsewhere, bringing it may save you a repeat scan.

Technology

05
Digital scanning is more accurate, considerably more comfortable, and it produces a file that can be re-used for planning, manufacture and comparison over time. Impression putty is still occasionally the better tool, and where it is, we use it.
Digital radiography uses a very small dose. A full CBCT jaw scan on our low-dose protocol is roughly comparable to the background radiation of a long-haul flight. We only take imaging when the treatment decision genuinely depends on the result.
A printed template that seats over your teeth and controls the exact angle and depth of an implant drill. It transfers the position planned on the CBCT into your mouth, which removes the freehand judgement that otherwise decides how well the final crown fits.
Yes. Single crowns and onlays are designed, milled, characterised and fitted in one appointment. Multi-unit anterior cases still go to our ceramist, because hand-layered porcelain is not something a mill can reproduce.
It finds things. In root canal treatment, the extra canals that cause most failures are typically invisible without magnification. In gum surgery it allows suturing fine enough that the tissue heals where it was placed. Dr. Reda uses one for every case without exception.

Aftercare

05
Every six months for most people. Patients with a history of gum disease go to three or four months, because that is how long the bacteria take to re-establish. The interval is set by your actual risk, not by a policy.
Call the emergency line. It is answered by one of our clinicians. Keep any fragment of a broken tooth or crown in milk or saline — it can sometimes be re-bonded — and avoid the area until you are seen.
They need thorough cleaning rather than special cleaning: interdental brushes daily, and a water flosser for full-arch cases. The implant cannot decay, but the gum and bone around it can become inflamed, and that is the one thing that causes late implant failure.
Indefinitely, at night. Teeth move throughout life whether or not they were ever straightened. We provide both a bonded wire and clear night retainers, and we check them at every recall.
It depends entirely on the treatment, and you will be given specific written instructions before you leave. As a rule: nothing for an hour after a filling if you are numb, soft food for a week after surgery, and no coffee, tea or red fruit for forty-eight hours after whitening.

Still unsure
